Como shortlisted for four BCO awards

07/03/2011

Four of Como’s projects have been shortlisted for the 2011 BCO Awards.  The BCO awards provide public recognition for top quality design and functionality and have become a benchmark for excellence in workplaces.  The awards acknowledge innovation and examples of best practice.

The project at 133 Houndsditch for CMC Capital Markets, the extensive fit out for Japanese bank Nomura at Watermark Place and the Spaceflex project for repeat client Department of Communities and Local Government have been shortlisted for the London and South East Regional Awards in the Fit Out of Workplace category.  The One Snowhill project for KPMG which was completed in Birmingham has been shortlisted for the Midlands and East Anglia Awards in the same category.

The judging panels are currently carrying out site visits and the regional award ceremonies take place at the end of May.  Winners at the regional award ceremony will go through to the national awards ceremony held in October.

Robin Harris, Como Sales & Marketing director commented, "Having won three BCO Awards over the last five years, we understand the value of winning one of these awards. We are delighted to be shortlisted for the 2011 awards and will be crossing fingers for a positive result. Congratulations must go to the teams on these projects as they have worked exceptionally hard to deliver a quality product for our clients."
