Mace Delivers Milton Park Early and Under Budget

Mace Group has completed construction of the latest phase of office development Milton Park ahead of programme and under budget, for client MEPC.
Buildings 99 and 100 Milton Park are individual office buildings with associated landscaping and car parking facilities. Building 99 was subject to a bespoke Cat. B fit out for and will be run as an innovation centre and early completion has allowed the client to take possession ahead of schedule. Building 100 was fitted out to Cat. A and has already attracted interest from potential tenants.
MEPC has placed considerable emphasis on sustainability within the recently completed projects at Milton Park. Buildings use features such as under floor fan-assisted displacement air conditioning, solar powered water heating, rainwater harvesting, solar control glazing and exposed heat / cool sink concrete soffits.
Mace has previously worked with MEPC on other projects at Chineham Park in Basingstoke and
Granta Park at Cambridge.
