Mace hits milestone on Dubai residential development

The Villa project team has completed the initial building works on phase two of the project, with 97 villas in the handover stages to client Dubai Properties. Formal handover will follow later this month. The remaining 122 villas in this phase are on schedule for handover by December 2010.
Phase one of the project saw Mace hand over 224 villas, of which 70 are now occupied.
The scheme is a residential development situated in "DUBAILAND®", Dubai's most ambitious tourism, entertainment and leisure project.
Initially appointed to provide project management consultancy services for the infrastructure works, Mace's scope includes project management services on all the residential buildings at the Villa project.
