Mace Plus achieve exceptional Considerate Constructors score on Teddington School

The Considerate Constructors Scheme visited Mace Plus project Teddington School and resulted in an exceptional score of 37 out of 40. In his second visit to the site, the monitor scored against eight criteria (considerate, environment, cleanliness, a good neighbour, respectful, safe, responsible and accountable) and gave the site team 4.5 in six of the eight categories, reserving full marks for the 'good neighbour' and 'safe' categories.
In his summary and conclusions he said: "Last time I was pleased to note that Mace Plus was the contractor taking CSS issues seriously. I was delighted to find that all of my suggestions have been actively considered and suitably taken on board. Not only this, but some innovative ideas have come forward. A really good site which is a credit to our industry. Well done again to John Fraser, Paul Coombe and their team."
