Information

Mace is project and construction managing the delivery of the Atlas Capital Center in the centre of Montenegro's capital, Podgorica. When complete the centre will be country's premier convention space, combining facilities for large events with modern business apartments, a hotel, multi-storey carparking and other office and commercial space. The centre will be located between two major roads, Cetinjski Put and Vojvode Ilije Plamenca and offering over 84,600m2 of usable space.

Atlas Capital Center was designed according to European Directive 2002/91/EC standards, which emphasise the importance of energy efficiency in the design of new building projects. The Atlas Capital Center project is being designed to meet the most stringent of regulations laid out by this directive in terms of energy and thermal efficiency.

There are four main stages to the project:
First: Garage and services areas located in a three subterranean (-4, -3, -2) levels providing 850 car bays.
Second: Commercial zone -1, commercial zone 0
Third: Tenants +1 to +5
Fourth: Businesses, levels -1 to +9

Construction of the centre is set to complete in the last quarter of 2009.
