Mace completed this retail superstore including 650 car parking spaces and a petrol filling station as part of a successful, long-term association with J. Sainsbury plc.
The project comprised a 70,000 sq ft superstore including 650 car parking spaces and a petrol filling station. The store had a steel frame structure, single storey with mezzanine level plant room and was clad in profiled metal cladding and pre-cast block with single ply flat roof. Internally highly serviced ceiling void with enhanced barrel vault.
