The Mace Group has developed an enviable reputation in the regeneration sector since its first foray into the market as programme manager on the reconstruction of Manchester city centre after the 1996 bombing.
Our regeneration projects have seen us work with Local Authorities in Greater Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds and Greater London and with regeneration development agencies such as North West Development Agency, Yorkshire Forward, Advantage West Midlands, London Development Agency, East of England Development Agency and with a number of urban regeneration companies.
We are also appointed on a number of other projects where specialist regeneration know how is required. Mace provides support to both the private and public sector, often within the same regeneration areas.
We bring a unique culture of control to the complex, multi-agency programmes that area-wide regeneration involves. We don't limit ourselves to the physical aspects of regeneration but engage fully in the social, economic, planning and community issues that are invariably part of the mix.
Award winning
Mace Group has been named as a finalist in the Regeneration Consultancy of the Year at the Regeneration and Renewal Awards 2009. Mace Group was named Regeneration Consultant of the Year in 2004.
