fm24, Mace Macro's twenty-four hour property helpdesk business, has appointed Julie Shaw as operations manager.
Julie has over 20 years experience in the FM industry and has gained wide experience of facilities management and operational leadership across front of house, soft services and moves management.
Julie transferred into Macro in 2005 from a leading professional services organisation where she was a Facility Manager. Over the past three years Julie has lead a team of 60 front of house staff delivering superior customer service on reception, switchboard, reservations, FM helpdesk and workplace coordinators.
Peter Brumby, managing director of Mace Macro, said: "This is a very positive change for fm24. It demonstrates our commitment to not only promote people within our business but also to enhance the fm24 offer by giving it new focus."
