Kelvin takes a personal interest in all of the Mace Living projects, ensuring that the projects are delivered in a professional, safe and successful manner and that the Mace Living teams exceed our clients' expectations.

Kelvin has had over twenty-five years' experience in the industry during which time he has been involved in the successful delivery of a diverse range of challenging projects including high quality residential, hotels and student accommodation. He is committed to collaborative working and to ensuring that the delivery of projects is an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all the stakeholders. This includes experience working under all of the common forms of building contract, including design and build.

His key skills are that he is client focused in his approach to projects, with total commitment to achieving the objectives. These skills are key in the role of director in ensuring the execution of a project to the highest quality and safety standards. Kelvin is also a keen advocate of MMC and the application of new technologies in challenging situations.
