Role: Commercial Director
Terry Nea is the commercial director for Mace Plus. Terry joined Mace Plus as commercial director from Bovis Lend Lease where he was a divisional commercial director for UK South.
With 31 years in the industry, Terry has an enviable track-record of experience across all market sectors, all procurement routes and all sizes of construction projects. His market experience spans commercial office, education, infrastructure, hotels, residential and retail.
Project values range to over £400 million.
He has successfully managed projects under various forms of procurement from design & build to single-stage fixed price, through 2-stage, JCT and management contracting. Terry has experience of the NEC forms of contract.
Terry is accountable for all commercial, estimating, financial and risk management functions of the business.
