Role: Construction Director
Terry Spraggett joined Mace Plus as construction director in May 2005.
With 30 years experience in main contracting, Terry has worked extensively across all markets in both the private and public sector. His reputation is based on his ability to form and maintain excellent client relationships and successfully deliver quality projects on time and to budget.
He is known in the industry for his honesty, cool head under pressure and no nonsense approach to facing and dealing with issues as they arise.
Terry is accountable for all operational delivery within the business including design, planning, delivery, supply chain, quality and safety functions.
Due to his drive, passion and professional attitude Terry has delivered industry leading projects on all operational aspects, but especially on safety. This has led to Terry becoming a member of the Construction Group Board
