Mace Plus is the principle contractor for the redevelopment of Princes House and Bartlett House, buildings near the Guildhall in London, for our client Standard Life Investments Ltd. This will involve the dismantling of the stone façade to Bartlett House whilst retaining the stone façade to Princes House. The buildings will then subsequently be demolished to sub-basement, concrete piled and re-built as a single building with a steel frame construction and deck up to an 8th floor roof level whilst retaining, and improving the original features.

The project is due for completion in early 2010.
