Sense gives its view at Construction Question Time

Sense will be presenting at the Centre for Construction Innovation's ‘Construction Question Time' event, held at Manchester Town Hall this Thursday from 6.00pm.
The topic is ‘Crunch Time: Challenges for the construction industry during the recession' and will discuss the suggestion that during the current recession there will be a return to lowest bid, single-stage tendering and if the recession is prolonged, what impact this will have on the construction industry in the medium term.
Kelly Forrest, Sense construction economist will be presenting what evidence there is so far and will be joined by Sense regional director Steve Gillingham. Kelly is one of four speakers at the event, each giving their own perspective in what will be a lively and stimulating discussion. The event will be preceded by a networking and drinks reception.
