improve the current cost management and reporting process.

Key Features

• £20m variation, supported by English Partnerships, for the off-site diversion of the Puny Drain. The existing channel will then be filled and the area utilised for community facilities and a school.
• £11m variation, sponsored by the Environment Agency, to make 4.5k of the river Nar navigable.
